Came in for a physical along with paperwork that needed to be filled out. Made an appointment online, showed up to no wait, and received great service all around. Not sure why their reviews are low. Just make an appointment online, show up on time, and check in. They even send you a link via text in order to check in 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This was a great visit for me.

Went twice for Covid testing. Whole process took 40-50mins including wait time. Not too bad. Nurse and nurse practitioner were nice. I would go back again.

Was unable to make an appt via the website or at the physical kiosk at the location. People were in line for what seems like an unforgivable amount of time. This is the only location in my area carrying this vaccine and they are completely and entirely unable to provide this service.

AVOID - They over bill. They overcharged me for a COVID test - months later after visiting i received a $120 bill. They said I was charged because insurance did not cover. Upon further investigation, insurance did not cover because at this time they were not allowed to charge for this service at all - me nor my insurance. I am still following up to get my money back. They said it will take up to 8 weeks, but they were a lot faster than that to charge my card.

:/ not clear about what was going to be covered before the covid test. Had to pay 139 even by using Oscar for the new patient visit
