Had a great experience. Scheduling was very easy. Wait time was minimal. Physician was terrific - she listened to my concerns and ensured I received the care I needed. Not the same as a PCP, of course, but it met my needs and I'll be back.
This is a terrible place to go for anything needed done. I paid for a ear cleaning service the LAZY dr walked me to the counter and gave me drops. Nothing was cleaned for the service I paid for and drops didn't work and got charged $150 just to walk to a counter to get ear drops that i could have bought on my own. DONT VISIT THESE LOCATIONS. JUST SCAMMERS.
Was prescribed a cough liquid which was going to counter act an existing Blood Pressure med - listed in my record - and which could affect an adverse reaction and raise my BP to very dangerous levels! Being able to research the new med online I did not take the liquid avoiding a possible visit to ER! Way more caution is needed by personnel who can write prescriptions to avoid serious consequences for the patient
