I had such a wonderful experience at this MinuteClinic! I didn’t even have an appointment, but Lauren( the MP) still made time to see me and helped me with my COVID test. She was kind, patient, and professional throughout the visit. She even took a moment to ask about my personal well-being, which meant so much to me. I only waited about 10 minutes, and I left feeling like I had just met a friend. Thank you, Lauren, for your care and compassion—you truly made a difference in my day!
I received excellent care by Ms Lee at the Preston Forest location. She was very thorough and clearly explained everything. She was professional and also very nice.

Was very grateful for the MinuteClinic availability on a Sunday morning - I had been dealing with a respiratory infection for a couple weeks and was avoiding Telehealth or doctor visits because I didn't want to hear "drink plenty of fluids and get over it" ... and then have to hand over $100 with nothing to show.
