This is an urgent care but they don’t accept walk-ins. I just walked 2 miles to get here for my shoulder and they laughed and said they don’t accept walk-ins.
I scheduled yesterday because it was urgent and they emailed me 8am the day of my appointment to say they canceled it due to shortage of staff. They should take down their advertisement from the minute clinic.
Tried to reschedule, but software shut me down. Frustrating
Useless, they basically do nothing here
They take appointments every 10 minutes, but there's only one person helping people, and he spends 30 minutes on each appointment. Ended up waiting for over 45 minutes when I had an appointment.
