Minute Clinic refused to bill my insurance companies correctly. After numerous attempts, they still sent my bill to collections instead of correcting their errors.
Went to the minute clinic yesterday and was treated so exceptionally by Ashleigh Pelton and the nurse whose name I unfortunately do not remember off the top of my head. Both were very lovely and personable, and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with having to go to the doctor last minute.
