I was not aware that the MinuteClinic at CVS existed. I was very ill and did not need to go into the weekend without being treated. My sister- in-law told me about the MinuteClinic and recommended that I schedule an appointment on-line. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour. When I arrived, I checked in and was seen within 30 minutes and treated for my condition. The tech was very professional, friendly, and showed emphaty. Horrible service. Made appointment and waited over a hr while the doctor walked in and out of each door with no one inside. I don’t understand what the wait was about but all we needed was a vaccine. Then she kept walking out for some reason while I was just sitting and waiting. Seems like they need to add a second doctor cause she was all over the place lost.
Great experience. Timely and very helpful.
