The NP is nice and she is very helpful.
I went to the Cedar Hill Minute Clinic on 5/26 to get my annual TB test for my job. I made a follow-up appointment for 5/28 to have it read. The NP was great and I have no complaints. However, today (5/27), I received an email from Minute Clinic that informed me that the appointment was canceled. TB tests are time-sensitive, so I clicked the link to reschedule and was unable to because it said my appointment does not exist, even though I have a confirmation number. I was not aware that the MinuteClinic at CVS existed. I was very ill and did not need to go into the weekend without being treated. My sister- in-law told me about the MinuteClinic and recommended that I schedule an appointment on-line. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour. When I arrived, I checked in and was seen within 30 minutes and treated for my condition. The tech was very professional, friendly, and showed emphaty.
