I was seen right away after I checked in. Fast, good service.
I was checking in at 6:10 for my 6 pm appt. In the middle of me checking in Lakeia Henry came up behind me in a very rude unprofessional way to ask "What are you here for" I said "My appt. at 6" She continue to tell me "oh no i can't. What is the issue?" Not in her doctor office but in the waiting area of the mini clinic. I was taken back by her rudeness and said "well i just dont feel good and ----" Then she interrupted me to say "Oh no i cant take you i have a appt. coming in right after you." They charged me $150 after the insurance for the Nurse practitioner to tell me to use olive oil in my ears and for a consultation less than 5 min
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody was even around. Pharmacy kept telling me to wait for someone at the minute clinic. I was feeling sick and just looking to get a quick COVID test. First and last time coming here. Walgreens has those tests completed for you in 10 minutes after your arrival.
