Been coming here for over 15yrs. Service is great and pretty quick but the online reservation system rarely works. Ruins your day when you have 3 kids and work full time.
I’m honestly very disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I arrived 45 minutes before closing, and there was only one person waiting, yet I was denied service and told they were only seeing that last patient. I explained my situation and mentioned that it would likely only take about 10 minutes to do a simple test, but I was still turned away. Called to get a prescription renewal, had been waiting a week without my medication or any word. When I finally called in check the status, was met with an extremely rude and unhelpful agent who simply stopped replying to me without hanging up??
Awful! My young daughter definitely has the flu, 103 degree fever- we waited all day for this appointment and were 10 minutes late ( she had finally been sleeping and I waited till the last minute and then hit some traffic). We walked in and the nurse or glorified sales associate in a white coat or whoever told me the appointment had been cancelled because we were late, but we could wait 3 hours as a walk in instead.
