Absolute nightmare experience. Showed up for a scheduled 2:40 PM DOT exam and wasn't out until 5:40 PM. The staff had no idea how to handle a DOT exam, and their equipment wasn't even working properly. After wasting 3 hours of my time and taking $150, they couldn't complete the sign-off over a technicality and demanded another $40 for me to come back for a ten minute follow up and approval. Listen to the terrible reviews, I should have. Absolutely disgraceful. I checked in with one person ahead of me and received confirmation of an 11:40 appointment. I was unable to load payment information (website didn’t work), though the appointment still read as confirmed. Nobody at the pharmacy knew anything and there was nobody to speak to. Eventually, at 12:30 they left for lunch and the board estimated my new time at 2:30.... but nobody actually knew anything and there was still nobody to actually talk to.
