Absolute nightmare experience. Showed up for a scheduled 2:40 PM DOT exam and wasn't out until 5:40 PM. The staff, Nakeisha, had no idea how to handle a DOT exam, and her equipment wasn't even working properly. After wasting 3 hours of my time and taking $150, they couldn't complete the sign-off over a technicality and demanded another $40 for me to come back for a ten minute follow up and approval.
