I booked a 12:40 appt on a Monday and arrived at 12:32, patiently sat there waiting until almost 1:45 without any acknowledgement before the doc poked her head around the corner of the waiting area and said “I’ll have to have you come back after my lunch break”. Seriously?! Glad one of us gets our lunch break… The woman prior to me had an appt at 1130 and wasn’t seen until 130. The appt scheduling is a joke. Appointment at 3. Come around 4:20 and I get skipped a second time for walk in vaccination. Why do you think I made an appointment ? I have stuff to do ! Do not recommend.
Zero stars if that was an option. Waited for 2 hours and 45 min (even with an appointment) only to have the nurse question me about my prescription and tell me that she wasn’t comfortable giving me my b12 injection bc she didn’t see the prescription entered in the system…and didn’t think it was still valid. I have been going there for over 3 months now (since moving here) without any issues. Would leave 0 if we could. The PA was extremely rude in her dealing with myself and son. I feel perhaps race played a factor. We weren’t allowed to walk in forced to schedule an appointment. Then they canceled the appointment. The Caucasian gentleman who came in after us was allowed to walk in. I would NEVER go back.
ZERO. My wife was holding our crying, ill 2 year old and the lady at front desk told her she was too busy to see him. The lobby was empty. NO one else was there. What a joke. Go flip burgers if you aren't willing to do your job. Karma will get you
