Had a great experience addressing a sinus infection here. Really appreciated being able to schedule an appointment for the same day, cruise in, get some help, and get out. The staff member that checked me out was super kind and pleasant to work with.

The NP on staff, Anna Smaga, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing proper PPE all while saying she’s concerned for her health working as a nurse. It’s ridiculous people like that are working in the health field.
My fiancé was just there and had the worst experience ever. Firstly, she arrives at 10am to go for a reading of her TB test results. The woman in a white coat, Anne, clearly lacks ANY customer service experience. My fiancé told her what she was there for and Anne told her to sign in vi the kiosk. Cool, no problem.
