Excellent facility, diagnosis and treatment. The nurse practitioner is caring and very knowledgeable.
This was my first visit to a Minute Clinic. It was recommended to me because I had an exposure to flu and Covid 5 days previously and I have sinus congestion the day before my visit. I walked in and scheduled my appointment at the kiosk - I was fortunate there was one available in 45 minutes. I was seen promptly. I was tested for flu and Covid. I should have read the reviews before going. I didn’t have to wait but they charged me for a 30 minute visit, $340.00. I was there for maybe 20 minutes. I knew I had to pay out of pocket and I was fine with that. I called and spoke to the billing department, that was a joke. So rude! I’m in the healthcare field and do my own billing, they had no idea what they were talking about. I paid $340 to hear ‘let’s try,,,’. Nothing suggested helped. I’ll never go back. Next time, I’ll wait a month to see my real doctor.
Felt an ear infection coming on, made an appointment to get checked out. They listened to my concerns about the ongoing cold, cough, and sore throat. Got me in and out within 30 minutes. Made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving as well. Will definitely go back should I need to!
