Very disappointed. The reception area was completely empty—no patients at all—yet there were no available appointments, either online or for walk-ins. I hope this review prompts the management to reflect and make some much-needed improvements at this Minute Clinic location.
Every single aspect of my experience here, from scheduling to insurance to getting even the most basic care, is a complete nightmare. Find another option. CVS corporate doesn't staff enough physicians or back office people for this to be worth it.
