Joy was great and everything was clean and easy to navigate. 10/10 would go there again
Made an appointment for 5:10pm, but was not seen until 6pm. There was only one nurse on staff that evening and they were two patients behind when I arrived for the appointment with my sick son. The NP was nice, but seemed uncomfortable handling my son (4 y.o). By the time I got back to my car with meds in hand, it was 7pm. I was exhausted! If you have kids, you’re better off making a sick visit appointment with your pediatrician.
For an urgent clinic setting, I was very pleased with the level of care received from Joy Hatch NP. Assessing my history, evaluating the current issue and offering strategies going forward, alot to get done in a short visit but she did it all extremely well. My thanks!
