All CVS Minute Clinics are now billing services to insurance companies as office visits instead of the standard Urgent Care visits. Insurers are denying these claims as they do not cover Urgent Care services as office visits. Patients are getting billed for these services when they should be covered. The CVS minute clinic was super helpful! Exactly what I needed - a strep test and input from a medical professional - and so much faster/easier than getting an appt with my primary care physician. Would easily recommend to someone who’s sick and looking for a quick and baseline diagnosis.
rude service
I would not recommend going to this clinic. The doctor was very rude, and the report they provided was inaccurate. The company is also not responsive to complaints. A clinic like this should not continue operating.
Excellent service, very respectful and friendly staff, and the place is very clean.
