AVOID THIS PLACE!!! waiting room is terribly small, sick people stepping on my feet and brushing against my knee as i was waiting, i waited almost 2 hours and i noticed my name was being moved down on the list and multiple people were added in front of me just as i was supposed to be the next one in line? i was sitting there being exposed to more illness during that time and everyone else was also complaining that it took almost 2 hours. Waited for 45 minutes for my appointment, as the line just grew longer & longer. Never saw any staff person open either door. Ended up bailing. Not positive anybody was working…?
The wait time was awful and kept admitting patients ahead of me even though I checked in. Would not recommend this location.
Vaccine booking portal does not specify that travel vaccines require a separate travel consultation. My appointment started twenty minutes late, then she said she had no time to do the consultation so I was sent home with no service.
I’ve worked in healthcare for years, so I understand being busy. But what I can’t understand is being rude and showing no empathy for patients. I’m an out of state student at the University of Minnesota and I was experiencing a horrible sore throat; I can’t even swallow my own spit or any water and can barely speak.
