I was able to schedule a visit on the same day. The provider was professional and able to treat me effectively. She also knows her limitations, which is very important.
I appreciate the services that MinuteClinic offers - but the customer experience is made ridiculous due to the apparent lack of willingness to staff a front desk worker. Several times now I have come, checked in at least 15 minutes early, and then not seen anyone until 20-30 minutes after our scheduled appointments. Very nice woman helped me but doubted my symptoms were sign of UTI (i’ve dealt with them before and i was sure it was a UTI) told me it’s likely yeast infection. She suggested i do not need to take a urine test, told her i wanted to anyways. Now i’m waiting to pick up my UTI antibiotics.
Terrible communication & customer service. I was seen my nurse Elizabeth she seemed nice at first , told me she will not be charging my insurance for my short visit and a month later she sent me a bill stating I owe an charge for the visit.
Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very clean. Easy to schedule appointment. Was at correct time.
