Scheduled an appointment for family of 4 to get our Covid and flu vaccine. Clinic charged $693 per child and $605 per adult. Absolutely criminal.
Id rate it ZERO if I could. I went in because I couldn't hear out of my right ear. I informed the doctor on staff that I was concerned that I might have lost the tip of my hearing aid in my ear. She spent more time inputting my insurance information in the computer than examining me. She refused to give me a simple ear flush as advertised as one of their services. Ultimately I will have to pay for a co-pay for nothing.
I was able to schedule a visit on the same day. The provider was professional and able to treat me effectively. She also knows her limitations, which is very important.
I appreciate the services that MinuteClinic offers - but the customer experience is made ridiculous due to the apparent lack of willingness to staff a front desk worker. Several times now I have come, checked in at least 15 minutes early, and then not seen anyone until 20-30 minutes after our scheduled appointments. I feel bad for the care givers when they have all been great, but the experience can still be marred by the lack of a human at the front desk and the reliance on a kiosk to check individuals in if only to confirm... read more
Very nice woman helped me but doubted my symptoms were sign of UTI (i’ve dealt with them before and i was sure it was a UTI) told me it’s likely yeast infection. She suggested i do not need to take a urine test, told her i wanted to anyways. Now i’m waiting to pick up my UTI antibiotics.
