Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT BOTHER! The pre check via phone was down and the onsite kiosk was broken. No one came out to help me. When they finally did, they blamed me for the problems and cancelled my appt. I could not believe it. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Ridiculous. They charge an additional $139 “visit” on top of the $120 ANTIGEN Test!!! Insurance may or may not cover the visit charge. So deceptive! Buyer beware. Oh- and then you get to wait 1-1/2 hours on hold waiting to discuss with a brick wall. Never again.
On a 20 hour layover I got sick coming back from New Zealand. The problem was I was needed to be back at work the next day and was sick. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the physician was able to work me in. It was a great experience, got in and out in 20 mins with my prescriptions. She also recommended a great dinner spot for my family right on the beach, amazing views and food. Thank you thank you!
I've had terrible experiences at other clinics, including minute clinics (weho). Unfortunately that's kind of normal for this sort of thing. This time I had a horrible sore throat I couldn't make the appointment online it didn't work- called the help number at 4am and got an appointment for 9am. I waited about 20 mins and got seen and got my antibiotics. Whole time spent in the CVS was less than an hour. The NP Susan was very sweet and great demeanor.
