Services provided here are overpriced for what they are. I would leave 0 stars if I could. What was overpriced you ask? A physical that included: - Answering a few questions (mainly lifestyle) - Getting lymph nodes checked for swelling - Not getting my weight / height measured - The Oscar-winning listening to my breathing This short visited cost $150 and was a "physical." I walked in 3 hours prior to closing. There are signs everywhere stating that walk-ins are accepted. They told me that they could not see me and to schedule an appointment. The purpose of a minute clinic is for them to accept walk ins.
I had an appointment with Minute Clinic scheduled for the following day for a health issue, but while I was on Sunday at the CVS Pharmacy for another reason, I decided to ask if there was any possibility of being seen sooner. Melissa Harper NP, was incredibly kind and immediately willing to assist. She didn't hesitate to check my insurance, listened actively and empathetically to my concerns, and efficiently processed my prescription.
