I walked in 3 hours prior to closing. There are signs everywhere stating that walk-ins are accepted. They told me that they could not see me and to schedule an appointment. The purpose of a minute clinic is for them to accept walk ins.
I had an appointment with Minute Clinic scheduled for the following day for a health issue, but while I was on Sunday at the CVS Pharmacy for another reason, I decided to ask if there was any possibility of being seen sooner. She didn't hesitate to check my insurance, listened actively and empathetically to my concerns, and efficiently processed my prescription. Very happy! They helped my kiddo that has no health insurance and gave her the care she needed.
Easy to deal with, professional and friendly. Overheard us at CVS talking about a vaccination that was unavailable at the pharmacy and immediately assisted us with getting an appointment on the spot and administering the vacciantation.
Searching for minuteclinic is been a challenge since i move from another state every minuteclinic was worse than the other , until i found this location is like night and day Mellissa was so nice and super fast , I love this location they work fast , very respectful and kind i rather drive 15 minutes and be treated with respect thank you
