I can’t believe it I waiting for this supposedly doctor for a couple question, when she saw me in the door she tell me I don’t have time
I took my son over to minute clinic last week and he was seen by Denise Pettinger and she is the best and very caring medical professional. She did a thorough physical examination of my son and some other tests and brought to my attention her concerns and told me to follow up with our primary doctor. Prior to this visit I took my son to a so-called urgent care in Rancho but the doctor over there did not even do a physical exam on my son and kicked us out. This was the worst experience at a clinic ever the np would not listen I told her I did not like the way she is handling my son she said that is why the door is open so I can watch I told she is upsetting him and making him nervous but she kept going She did parts of the exam with her in the office and us in the store which was embarrassing then she loudly discussed his weight in full earshot of of other patrons I told her it was inappropriate I asked her to stop speaking to him he is minor but she could not stop I tried to ... read more
Had an appointment at 12:10 then the doctor left for lunch at my appointment time and didn't even contact me to tell me they pushed back the appointment time. Definitely not coming back here.
