Dont waste your time! They misdiagnosed me and I’m still sick 2 weeks later, waste of time and I’ve been so deathly ill. They gave me no medications and I felt neglected. When I came back they ignored me without an appointment. I should be helped considering I already did the whole waiting game with this location. I suffered because the staff here is incompetent.
Managed to get a day of appointment. I initially went in for an ear cleaning but it turns out there was something else that was up with my ears so they did a quick investigation and mentioned what the issue was and got me a prescription to help my ears out!! Definitely love that they do more than intended in the visit and I would recommend this place (or any local place) a visit!! Definitely worth it!!
Nurse practitioner Natalie Guiles had limited bedside manners and skill The visit was a wellness type exam for my son who just turned 11. She communicated with him as if he was a 45 year old adult. She repeated the same questions to him several times despite his clear answers.
The online appointment system has issues. Just wasted 2 hours when I had a scheduled appointment because the check in machine didn’t know it’s own address.
Massive FAIL on COVID test. I took mine 30 hours ago and since then there has been ZERO communication. I will miss my overseas flight as a result
