Came here, waited for over an hour. I tried to get a test and when she finally called me back with results, she incorrectly diagnosed me. Then she called me back to misdiagnosed me a second time, and then call me back a third time to give me my actual results. This MinuteClinic was the worst, gave me so much anxiety and took up so much time and stress in my life.

my husband had to get a tetanus shot, and we drove around to multiple minute clinics that basically turned us away during the wait time. we made an appointment here and drove over, but hit traffic that made us a full twenty minutes late. I visited MinuteClinic because my ear was completely plugged and I could not hear from one side. I was hoping to receive treatment and assistance for my condition, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The provider did not introduce herself and, after a brief examination, I was charged over $161 for a visit that resulted only in a prescription. I specifically asked whether my ear could be flushed or cleaned to help relieve the blockage. The response I received was, “If I do that, you may sue us,” which was ... read more
