Excellent care and reasonable wait time. The care person was knowledgeable and gave very good medical advice.
They never answer the phone.
Stopped in to pay cash (KP insurance) and the cost for the visit was insane. Wild pricing. Went to an urgent care instead amd much cheaper. Having a very expensive clinic in a cvs makes zero sense.
I made the appointment a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. I received a text saying to check in once we were in the waiting room which I did. Ten minutes after the appointment time the NP asked me if I had a question and I told her we had an appointment and she let me know we were not on the schedule. I showed her my texts with the appointment day/time and the text saying to check in. She looked again on the computer and then told me I needed to check in on the computer and not on my phone! I wanted to measure my blood pressure because I saw that there was a sign on the door saying that I could measure my blood pressure. But when I asked, they said that there was no machine to measure it, so I had to buy one myself. If they don't offer this service, then there's no need to put the sign on the Minute's glass saying that this service is available. Take it away.
