I wouldn’t take my cat here to be seen. It says online don’t see the appointment you need walk ins are welcome. When I get there I do the check in process. Rhonda Bailey Nurse Practitioner walks out and says walk ins aren’t guaranteed to be seen. Do you know where urgent care is? Or do you see an appointment online? I said I live 30 minutes away. I always get excellent service and most importantly, an answer and resolution to my concern. Bonus, the pharmacy is on site! Dr Marcias is excellent and I appreciate her on both of my visits.
Got a same day appointment pretty easily, and as usual (I have been here 3-4 previous times) the clinician was friendly, professional, thorough and informative ... I did not feel rushed and got a helpful diagnosis and treatment plan.
