Anything done at CVS pretty much is terrible. Went to set up appointment for daughter to get vaccines. CSR on phone refused to check to see if they had the vaccine in stock, but stated that if the website lets you set up an appointment then obviously they have the vaccine and should be no problem with your insurance. We get to the minute clinic and find out they DO take our insurance for the Pharmacy, but for some reason they don't at the CVS Minute Clinic (we have good insurance company)! I wouldn’t take my cat here to be seen. It says online don’t see the appointment you need walk ins are welcome. When I get there I do the check in process. Rhonda Bailey Nurse Practitioner walks out and says walk ins aren’t guaranteed to be seen. Do you know where urgent care is? Or do you see an appointment online? I said I live 30 minutes away. I always get excellent service and most importantly, an answer and resolution to my concern. Bonus, the pharmacy is on site! Dr Marcias is excellent and I appreciate her on both of my visits.
