Went into Minute Clinic at CVS for illness. The exam room is kept cold and very clean; exam room was sanitized before allowing me in to be seen. Physician was caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms and explain the necessary treatment. The prescriptions were called into the CVS pharmacy of the Minute Clinic and they were ready within 10 minutes after being seen. I highly recommend this Minute Clinic.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the clinic was. The practitioner showed genuine compassion, took the time to truly listen to my concerns, and offered thoughtful, practical advice with a warm and positive attitude. I left feeling completely confident in the care I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practitioner to my family, friends, and anyone seeking exceptional care.
I scheduled a last minute visit with Ayesha Rahman, NP, and she was wonderful. I arrived 15 min early and she got me checked in before my appointment started. She quickly did the required testing and even did a more thorough physical exam than I received from the last ER doctor I visited. She listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and made pleasant small talk, as we joked about the ups and down of motherhood and having kids. The process of scheduling an appointment, filling out pre-visit forms, and check-in at the time of the visit was easy and quick through my CVS app. My visit began on time, and Ayesha was very empathetic, and professional. Even my 13-year-old daughter, who was miserable because of a nasty inner infection, commented on how nice she was. I felt like I truly got an exceptional experience for a great value.
