Just learned today that the Minute Clinic was closed until further notice. I had no notifications to cancel my appointment. Seems the long standing issue that staff availability is catching up to them and they can't the locations. Was told even when and if they can reopen it that it will be on limited days and times of just 1 or maybe 3 days a week. Poor service from the corporate level.
I went in on Friday morning sick with our a appt and was seen with in 10 mins of being there the nurse practitioner Lindsey is absolutely phenomenal the facility is clean she is super friendly very knowledgeable she cares about the patient she takes her time with you definitely will go back service was great the minute clinic definitely gets 10 Stars but the pharmacy side of CVS a negative 10 Stars those people are rude and obnoxious
It’s unfortunate to have to give a negative review over one Nurse Practitioner, but she’s that bad. She didn’t listen to me and incorrectly marked my work physical form costing me a job I desperately needed. When I told her what had happened she took zero responsibility blaming me for her inability to listen, honestly it was the definition of gaslighting.
