Horrible. My daughter was seen for a sprained ankle, Yanxia Li had no answers, was not kind, didn't feel her ankle at all, didn't suggest anything and just tried to send her to another place to xray, didn't wrap her foot, didn't make any sort of analysis for her, just slapped a boot on her (that cost $200 AFTER insurance by the way). I was able to get her an appt with her primary and they took great care of her. I do NOT recommend this place.
My family and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to get a walk-in COVID shot for my daughter who is returning to school next week (when omicron is spreading so widely). We were searching for a walk in location, but website showed fully booked everywhere. In this location there is no open slot for today and the following several days, the clinic staff made an exception for us to get vaccinated right before next patient's appointment. Extremely uncourteous. Had a 4:50 appointment. Waited 20 mins as the lady was looking after another patient. After the patient left the lady just banged the door on us. No word. No courtesy. And another 10 mins of wait before we were called in. Never coming here. What terrible uncourteous experience. This is in minute clinic in cvs pharmacy on San Ramon Blvd.
All I got was respect and kindness from the two nurses
My senior mom and I went for a flu shot. We arrived with two people waiting. We heard another senior asking if an appointment was necessary for a flu shot at the pharmacy and was told no appointment necessary. He also came over to the minute clinic to wait. The two people were called in and were out within 10 minutes. I asked if we could get a walk-in flu shot to one of the women, she said only if we have time.
