This review is for Minute Clinic PA in Conlan Circle, Charlotte North Carolina. The young woman who treated my ear infection was wonderful. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I can assure you that she cares deeply about her patients.
Fantastic experience all around with MinuteClinic CVS located at Conlan Circle. Appointments were simple to make and we were promptly seen upon arrival. Jennifer, our care provider, was very personable and we certainly appreciate her expertise for providing a painless flu shot.
I highly recommend CVS Minute Clinic. I was treated well and would recommend a visit to anyone that needs a quick remedy without going to the emergency room or doctors office.
Took over 13 days (and counting) to get a basic, extremely time sensitive test result. No results in the app, no email, texts, no way to get in contact, no phone number to call. I would go somewhere else if you are in need of any sort of testing. Went through 3 layers of customer service to contact the store, informed that waiting this long is normal. In the same time period I went elsewhere and got the same test done with results returned in 2 days
