Took over 13 days (and counting) to get a basic, extremely time sensitive test result. No results in the app, no email, texts, no way to get in contact, no phone number to call. I would go somewhere else if you are in need of any sort of testing. Went through 3 layers of customer service to contact the store, informed that waiting this long is normal. In the same time period I went elsewhere and got the same test done with results returned in 2 days

I have been seen recently by Kelly Payne, NP at this Minute Clinic. She was professional , engaging, and thorough in providing care for both issues. The Clinic is located in CVS, clean and well kept , makes appointments, and convenient if you need a prescription. I do have a Primary Care Doctor, but the clinic offered an appointment faster than I could be seen at the practice. I would not hesitate to go there in the future and Ms. Payne is an asset to Minute Clinic.
I had an appointment at 6:50 pm. Was there before my appointment time, couldn’t check in on the kiosk and there was a sign on the door saying provider was with a patient. Went to the pharmacy for help. Was advised to knock on providers door. After waiting in pharmacy line it was 6:54 by the time I knocked on the door and was denied care. All I needed was a quick strep test and I have been to minute clinic multiple times, a visit takes 15 mins tops so honestly shocked at how rude and lazy this provider was. Absolutely amazing experience I was treated with compassion, kindness, understanding and respect. Kelley, the nurse that was present was absolutely amazing. She is a perfect example of how a medical professional should treat a patient.
