Today I took my son to the CVS MinuteClinic for an earache and was extremely disappointed with our experience. The clinic advertises walk-in visits and hours until 7:30 PM. We arrived at 5:50 PM, yet the nurse practitioner refused to see my son. She stated she was trying to leave early, despite us being there within posted hours and after being referred by his insurance to that location. This is maybe my 2nd or 3rd time coming to CVS for minute clinic and it’s such a great experience each time. It’s incredibly convenient when you need to see a medical provider within a short period of time.

The nurse practitioner was thorough and listened about my symptoms and tested me for flu and Covid and strep. I highly recommend this CVS minute clinic
