Helpful, informative, EZ to get in
I was given incredible care at the Lake Austin CVS clinic on Monday August 10. Dr Sue and Nurse Mickey great representatives of medicine in action . Thank you so much .
I booked an appointment for 6:10pm. I get here at 6pm. I recieve and email that they have cancled my appointment. I start filling out a walk-in form because my appointment has been cancled, and the woman tells me she won't be able to see me because there are people who scheduled appointments. This is the 2nd CVS that has turned me away today after I made an appointment, and I just feel very defeated about the whole situation. I hope everyone else in there gets the care they need, but I did not, and I am disappointed.
Terrible patient service. Scheduled an appt and wasn’t seen until 2 hrs later.
This is a very expensive place, overrpriced.
