They never have the vaccines I need being flu and prevnar 20 nor do they have RSV!
The clinic lady lied to me saying they didn't take my insurance. In fact she was banned from assisting me even if I paid out of pocket. Just called my insurance, the clinician lied to me for whatever reason.
I set up a covid 19 shot on there web site for CVS in watsonville got conformstion # text to me When l showed up they said l wasn't on there list for a covid 19 shot l showed them my text message. So beware if u schudule one thru them
Had a minor injury, was seen after about 15 minutes of waiting. 20 minutes after that I had an exam and antibiotics in hand. The NP was very nice and accommodating. She made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and kind. Miles better than sitting around in an ER for a non-emergent (but still needing medical attention) injury.
