Unfortunately had a poor experience here when getting a flu shot. Scheduled a 4:30pm appointment and waited nearly 40 minutes without being seen. Ended up speaking to a CVS pharmacist who was able to arrange a walk-in flu shot appointment for me within 10 minutes! Canceled the MinuteClinic appointment and got my flu shot from CVS instead. Highly recommend scheduling with CVS (the pharmacy) instead of MinuteClinic!
2 hour wait past appointment time for a 5 minute covid test. Might as well not take any appointments.
Showed up for my appointment scheduled 2days before and the clinic is closed. Nobody showed up for work today apparently and the cvs staff a completely rude and unhelpful at all. Over 2hrs since my appointment and I still haven’t even gotten anybody on the phone. No call no email to cancel my appointment just nobody there. Never use this clinic!
Genia was so nice and friendly ! Got my flu shot and TB skin test done in like 10-15 minutes
