Easy to schedule, appointment on time, great care.
Nurse practitioner was very unfriendly and brusque. No greeting or asking how I was doing. Unfortunately my insurance card didn’t work there , even though I’ve used other CVS minute clinics before with my insurance. Her manner was very off, and she didn’t offer to help with calling my insurance company. I had to step outside and call them and let the next patient go in. I won’t be going back there. Very uncomfortable experience.
I was seen by a nurse practitioner in a timely manner and was treated professionally. I was very pleased with my visit. This is a great option instead of waiting weeks to be seen by a PCP.
They have a meeting and will not take a walk in and need to book online. Didn’t even care to help at all. Will never come here again nor will recommend the minute clinic.
