Online portal did not work properly, and when I showed up to receive my vaccine, the practitioner said it rarely does. She tried to talk me out of getting two vaccinations at one time (her family became ill following hers), and gave me a litany of reasons to reschedule. But the only way to schedule is through an online portal that rarely works… vicious cycle.
Easy to make an appointment, and staff is very unformed and helpful.

Nurse practitioner was very unfriendly and brusque. No greeting or asking how I was doing. Unfortunately my insurance card didn’t work there , even though I’ve used other CVS minute clinics before with my insurance. Her manner was very off, and she didn’t offer to help with calling my insurance company. I had to step outside and call them and let the next patient go in. I won’t be going back there. Very uncomfortable experience.
