First time using this service. I was very impressed. It was fast and very efficient. The staff were wonderful. My health care needs were addressed and taken care of. It was just like seeing my primary care doctor. I will definitely use this service again.

Very disappointing experience. The nurse practitioner seemed inexperienced and refused to prescribe the medication that actually helped my condition before. My symptoms got worse, and I ended up going to another urgent care to get proper treatment. Would not recommend.
Every time I come here it’s stressful. Why do I keep coming? Because it’s close to my house and it’s covered by insurance. The whole operation is dysfunctional. Today I was scheduled at 9. I arrived at 8:45 so I could check in. They ran behind. I waited until 9:25 and had to leave because I had a job at 10 am. I walked outside to meet my son, so he could come in with her and finish the appointment. Her appointment was canceled by 9:32 and he walked in at 9:35. At that time he was a walk-in.
