Very disappointing experience. The nurse practitioner seemed inexperienced and refused to prescribe the medication that actually helped my condition before. My symptoms got worse, and I ended up going to another urgent care to get proper treatment. Would not recommend.
Every time I come here it’s stressful. Why do I keep coming? Because it’s close to my house and it’s covered by insurance. The whole operation is dysfunctional. Today I was scheduled at 9. I arrived at 8:45 so I could check in. They ran behind. I waited until 9:25 and had to leave because I had a job at 10 am. I walked outside to meet my son, so he could come in with her and finish the appointment. Her appointment was canceled by 9:32 and he walked in at 9:35. At that time he was a walk-in. Absolutely a terrible experience. $600 for JUST A CHECK UP, no medication and no information on what was wrong. Simply telling us that we should go to a different place. The lady working there seemed to have no idea what she was doing and was talking about her ex boyfriend pretty much the whole time. she told us that it would only be 250 and that our insurance would cover most of it, WRONG. it was 500 for just a visit and $90 for a strep test that we told her we didn’t need because it didn’t match his symptoms at all but she... read more
