The practitioner Jennifer was amazing and made sure I felt heard and gave me a plan to help me with my issue. 10/10 recommend.
Terrible experience, already left a review on the main CVS pharmacy page as the clinic staff made me so upset that I actually called CVS immediately after and left a complaint. It should not be difficult to discuss blood pressure medication change, and should definitely not require a second opinion to tell me to go to my primary care for something that is advertised. the fact you laughingly told me they agreed with you with a smug grin, like thinking "Haha, I was right."
