I accidentally got there a half an hour late because I had the wrong time. I got there at 5 o’clock and was trying to set an appointment and they said they did not have it. The woman that worked there yesterday said that someone is supposed to come in at 5:10 and if they do not come in, then there is a 10 minute window and then she could possibly see someone else but there is not enough time for an appointment. The worst service. Wait time, with an appointment, is a minimum of 30-45 minutes. They don’t keep staff on site. Terrible attitudes and customer service.
The black nurse named Vanessa if she even is a real one, needs to rethink her job in healthcare. Nasty attitude and nasty spirit to customers. Didn’t care to check if people had appointments and took people out of order. Angry people in the waiting room for over an hour. Not once did she apologize but blamed it on her co-worker. The co-worker stated that my appointment should have went to Vanessa. Obviously Vanessa was not doing her job and caught a nasty attitude when asked about the 3:10 appointment. Go to the Clawson location. The workers here are super unqualified for just a LPN, to supervise, and work with patients. They take people out of order, mix up what kind of appointment someone has (which puts people at risk), blame each other for the lack of communication, and get mad when you call them out on the lack of organization.
