Had a medical issue that put us behind schedule for a simple blood panel mind you; nothing major. Called the same way I scheduled appointment, explained situation and that I would be late, asked if I should reschedule or go there late. Was told by nice rep. that not to worry, go on late, ensuring me that we would be seen. We were very patient with the very not nice N.P. checked in. Went in for a service that was listed on their website. I get there and the nurse is basically like what do you want us to do about it it. She called the Dr who was in the other room and was laughing and giggling while i was in the room. Then I ask for referrals to someone who can help she gave me none. She was rude and very uncaring.
