Had a medical issue that put us behind schedule for a simple blood panel mind you; nothing major. Called the same way I scheduled appointment, explained situation and that I would be late, asked if I should reschedule or go there late. Was told by nice rep. that not to worry, go on late, ensuring me that we would be seen. We were very patient with the very not nice N.P. checked in.
