Very happy with the service and care i received at the minute clinic. This is by far the best option if you need to see the doctor immediately without paying an arm and a leg.
I have used MinuteClinics many times over the past 10 years. They usually get the job done, but aren't memorable experiences. However, the incredible staff and excellent care at my daughter's appointment yesterday was worth a review. Both the nurse and the doctor were intuitive, thoughtful, prompt. The best part was that they treated us like people who needed care and not like metric. We had dialogue, and I felt we got the care we both needed and wanted. Practitioner had no idea how to help my son, sent us to an ER. The ER laughed and gave us a general antibiotic and sent us home. Wasted time and money both steps for what should have been a normal generic visit.
