The staff was nice and really listened to my concerns. They took care of me in a decent amount of time and I felt good about the visit overall. Would choose them again in the future.
I went in with upper respiratory symptoms. I was given a flu test (which was negative) but I was not examined at all. Amy Johnson was the "nurse" who examined me. She didn't look in my throat, look in my ears or any other form of exam. She took only my BP & temp. But I was still charged $152 for the visit and $149 for the flu test. I have been to other CVS Minute Clinics and have had a much better experience and not paid near as much. Avoid this location in Cypress on Fry Rd.
Quick and easy
Came here a few months ago when I had a fever, diarrhea, a bad cough and horrible sinus drainage. Paid for a strep, flu, and covid test and was told I had allergies and to drink hot tea. I promptly went to an urgent care and was given a zpack. Horrible, horrible waste of money, rude doctor and ridiculously incompetent. Happy to take your $180 though. Urgent care was $40 copay.
I have made an appointment for a check in for some documents for medical school at 9:40 am. And this location made me sit in the waiting room for nearly one hour without even calling or asking anything.
