Went early, was seen quickly and confirmed my flu suspicions. Worked in a pinch and cost was fine.
The team there was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my issues.
Would have chosen 0 stars if there was an option. Waited 50 mins after my check in, even though nobody was there. The person working in minute clinic was rude too.
We arrived at 10:30 am on a Saturday and it was closed. When we asked around everyone said “we don’t know”, even at CVS they said “we don’t work for the clinic”. It came across as if they already knew bad customer service should be expected from that location. Very disappointing
I had great service. My regular doctor was booked and told me to go to urgent care. I chose the minute clinic. I am very happy with the visit. No wait, and the practitioner was ver knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I was test for Covid, flu, and strep and received my results in 15 minutes. I will definitely use their services again.
