New to town, no personal physician yet and down with a really vicious head cold. Was referred to Minute Clinic. Easily got an appointment, quickly seen by Thomas Kolberg, NP. Thorough assessment, asked good questions, listened well, gave not just great advice but a good education in prevention as well. Followed by scrips and within 2 days, on the path to healing! Greater things ahead!
I’ve attempted to use this MinuteClinic twice as a disabled veteran, and both times were a complete failure. The first time, I arrived about an hour before closing. The doctor told me she was off in 45 minutes and didn’t want to risk staying late, so she refused to see me. Instead, she sent me to another clinic a mile away—which I later found out had been closed for six months. I went back again today, saw a different doctor, and it was no better. No point in scheduling online. It either doesn't work because "something went wrong on their part" or you show up early, as requested, & wait for at least an hour. From previous reviews, it sounds like walking in isn't an option either. Save yourself the frustration & avoid CVS Mintue Clinic!
