I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at this location. I scheduled an appointment online for a service that the CVS website clearly indicated was available at this MinuteClinic. Upon arrival, neither I nor my children were greeted by anyone. After standing at the front desk for several minutes, a staff member finally came out and looked at me as though I didn't belong there. I had a pleasant experience with Zack Hinton Minute Clinic. Nurse Denetra was nice and informative. We handled business. For a DOT physical this is definitely a good, quick option. Now, navigating the website to make an appointment was aggravating for me because I was trying to navigate on my phone, but it was worth the quick service.
