Always a great experience at the Minute Clinic. Excellent staff.
India, NP did a great job explaining things, was caring, and listened to my needs.
So disappointed after a visit with Iris Boyd for my daughter. She was so rude, barely even greeting my daughter at all, and rushed through the appointment refusing to listen to her symptoms or anything else. This is the 2nd time we have had this provider. She has NO bedside manner and NO customer service skills. We had to waste $$ on this “visit”, just to have to go to another provider for treatment. Not a good look, Minute Clinic.
India was absolutely wonderful! She listened and answered all questions asked. I didn't feel rushed at all. She went above and beyond and I'm grateful for her!
By far the WORST. WAITED FOR AN HOUR TO GET TOLD they don’t provide the “ services “ a DOT PHYSICAL. which they do and she stated she had to call someone about it and it takes a LONG TIME to reschedule? WHY would i reschedule if you don’t provide the service? OR YOU DONT WANT TO DO IT! & then i drove all the way from SC. -** and it actually takes 15-20 mins 😒.
