This company withholds information from you and in doing so robs you. I went in for an appointment on 12/8/2025, I was told my insurance would cover the visit. They gave me a Covid test and a Flu test and sent me on my way (both negative). Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying they charged me $255 for the flu test, $144 for the Covid test, and $350ish for the visit totaling $724.16. Provider pretty much forced me to leave. Stated she did not have time to see me due to her running behind. It’s 10:30am and there were 2 people in front of me that I was aware of but she claimed there was “multiple”.
Always a great experience at the Minute Clinic. Excellent staff.
