I had a great experience at the Minute Clinic. I got in within 12 hours of making my appointment. There was no one else in the waiting room. The doctor was personable and took the time to diagnose me and prescribe what I needed. And the whole experience was free with my Aetna insurance. I will definitely use this service again.
Don’t go there! They didn’t give us antibiotics to my kid, my kid ended up having pneumonia. I let it go, they sent me a bill of 760 a year later with Covid test, strep test and flu test. I had valid insurance on file, it was my husband insurance before he just switched the job. I guess the insurance denied because it has been a year. So incompetent!
It’s amateur hour at the minute clinic today. Prescription for my pregnant wife never called in by Wesley Alston, NP. We went there at 1pm today and here it is near 6pm and just finding out after a decently long hold time that they dropped the ball. Bummed out for a lackluster performance by the team over there. Lock it up guys. Do better.
Dr. Cristiano is an amazing doctor. She is very caring and has impeccable bedside manner. Great listener, knowledgeable and thorough with my visit. Addressed all of my concerns and was very patient with me. I plan to visit her for all of my medical needs and will be letting all of my friends and family know about her. Thank You!
