Booking the appointment was easy, but the only on staff medical professional had a fake appointment in progress so that she could leave the store and then when she came back, 5 minutes prior to her “lunch break”, she told me that she was unable to see me for the next hour, but could try to reschedule. Unprofessional and clear that she was working on her time, not the time of the check in system they use. Unfortunate because I had to leave work to get medicine and only had 30 minutes to do so.
CVS Minute Clinic, 131st @ State Line Rd, OP Ks. While I cannot honestly say the NP was 'rude', Ms McCune was most definitely cold and unfriendly. Despite having no other patients, she behaved as if she was in a hurry and I was just a body. This, after I had waited 40 minutes while she was on break. I'm quite certain she never looked me in the eye. The Care Provider was engaging and caring. I really appreciated her putting me at ease and her friendliness!
If you have an “appointment” (they use that term loosely around here) with Ashley, you might as well cancel it and go somewhere else.
