MinuteClinic was the best option for me. I appreciate how quickly I was seen, the facility was clean, the staff was informative and compassionate.
I arrived early and was able to get in a little bit before my appointment. I didn’t love having to be seen by an intake person first. However, she and the nurse practitioner were professional, cordial, and helpful.
Have been coming to this clinic for many years to get vaccines required for work. There should not be a co-pay amount and never has been. Saw RN Paula and apparently she scheduled/coded it as a office visit when it should not of been. Was never setup that way either. On numerous calls lasting for hours over months, terrible follow through with Minuteclinic/Aetna health and bill remains outstanding. Over it, I'm paying it but won't step foot in this clinic again. Their staff needs to be trained on how to code correctly.
Visited this spot today as my doc was closed. Very impressive how thorough they were. Best one I've ever been to! Lesley Klock was filling in along w her wonderful RN. They took alot of time to review things...no wait w the easy appointment system. Definitely will be back if need be!
