Waited on the waitlist with no one else there for 50 min (est wait was 30m) before they told us they just couldn't see us till 6 hours later and the nurse who checked us in seemed aggravated that we were walk-ins. I thought being able to "walk-in" was the biggest benefit to the minute clinic. Hopefully they can stop giving estimated wait times if theyre not real
Will, the NP, was wonderful… spent a lot of time with me and he got a plan for my illness and even took me out and helped me pick out the stuff that I needed. I will go back there again and again.
My daughter was there today and the NP William was very rude, she left crying. The only thing he do was belittle her. I will refuse to pay for this! Maybe William needs a career change!
I had an appointment today at this minute clinic and the male nurse practitioner, William, was so rude I literally left crying. I’ve been dealing with chronic sinus infections and went to the minute clinic for an opinion in regards to getting on an antibiotic. He was so condescending and rude to me. A few examples would be when he asked what my specialist name was (who I’ve been to once) and I said I wasn’t sure and he said “you don’t know your specialists name?”.
