I had a really great experience at the CVS MinuteClinic! The appointment was quick, easy to schedule, and right on time. The provider was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling confident about my care and next steps. The clinic was clean and organized. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient and quality care.
I thought the kiosk saying WAIT Meant you had an appointment and are waiting to be seen. It does not! As a Result I got bumped Friday after waiting for their lunch to be over! It is a cold atmosphere there, too. Minute is the wrong word for this place. I will not go there again. Carol Kotun
great place to help you when you feel lousy
Nurse practioner 5/5 stars. Lady that checks you in 0/5. So I split the difference.
Waited on the waitlist with no one else there for 50 min (est wait was 30m) before they told us they just couldn't see us till 6 hours later and the nurse who checked us in seemed aggravated that we were walk-ins. I thought being able to "walk-in" was the biggest benefit to the minute clinic. Hopefully they can stop giving estimated wait times if theyre not real
