First of all the nurse only swabbed the back of my tongue for a rapid strep test which produced a negative result i went same day to the kroger little clinic and got another rapid strep test where my throat was actually swabbed and it produced a positive result.. Kellie Skinner, NP, at the Hudson Minute Clinic is phenomenal! If you are looking for a NP that is kind, patient, a listener, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about you, request Kellie. On the other hand, I was seen initially by Tamera Berghauser, LPN. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, angry, spiteful person in almost 50 years. Considering the sick condition I was in, her treatment of me was borderline abusive. I truly hope the powers that be at this Minute Clinic look into her conduct. Very concerning.
The minute clinic doesn’t actually accept walk-ins, even though they claim to. The policy is if there is an open time slot (meaning no appointment has been made), you can walk in and take that time slot. However, if there is an open appointment, I would just book it. Also, there are never open appointments for the same day. Total false advertising
Went online to book an appt. Says none available but that I could try as a walk in in case there was a cancellation which I did at 4:30 pm. I checked in at the Kiosk and waited for 30 minutes during that time there was no one in the waiting area so I went to the the one open door where a female dressed in a lab coat sat at her computer.
