Amazing experience every time at this clinic. Ms. B. is amazing and really cares for her patients. This is now my go to clinic on the weekends or times my Primary Care is not convenient.
Took my mother who has dementia and we didn’t have to wait and the NP was very caring and helpful.
Wife went in today for sore throat and cough. We knew it was some form of bacterial infection bit they didnt believe us. They didn't listen to her lungs or do a normal diagnostic on her. They just said it's likely a flu after doing a strep throat swab. She collapsed in the waiting room and ended up in an ambulance. Turns out it was pneumonia. If they did basic medical diagnostic steps we would have been given an antibiotic and sent on our merry way, instead we have 300k in medical debt due to their gross negligence and medic... read more
Nurse practitioner Elite refused to see us and cancelled our apt. She said they did not take our insurance. When we said we would be self-pay she told us that doing so would be insurance fraud! Their website says, in two different places, that if minute clinic doesn’t accept your insurance you can pay in other ways. She turned us away which was embarrassing.
