Worst experience ever. Be prepared to pay a minimum of $200 to be treated with dismissive behavior. they call the person a Practitioner but not sure if they are a NP or not. Definitely avoid this clinic. Terrible customer service and Fees are misrepresented.
I saw NP Roberta, and training nurse Sofia today, and they were amazing! The appointment was quick, tested for Flu, and prescribed medicine. Loved this experience over the hassle of urgent care.
Signed up for a walk in and 45 minutes later they say I can’t be seen I need to reschedule. I guess communication is no longer a thing needed in today’s business zz
Beware, I believe fraudulent behavior is happening at this location, I went in a month ago and today I’m being charged 63.00 dollars for an unknown reason. Update: It’s been 10 business days and customer support has told me “physical and lifestyle advise was given” I was only in the clinic for 5 minutes and they weren’t even able to perform any services and pushed me to an Urgent care down the street. Ive never had an appointment here but I’ve had a great experience at MinuteClinic. Nurse Practitioner Frankie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while getting my titers done. The visit felt efficient but not rushed, and I really appreciated how insightful and reassuring Frankie was throughout the process. Highly recommend this location and provider. 10/10!
