The nurse practitioner was very-very good! She ordered me the correct medicine i needed. My coughing is better. My sore throat is gone. She was wonderful.

Nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful! My wait wasn’t long but if you’re waiting after someone be prepared to wait, different people have different medical needs and wait times will vary depending on that.
They email and ask you to arrive 20 minutes early and then they see you 40 minutes past your appointment. The area in the store looks dirty. It's ok if totally necessary, but I would try to avoid this place. The NP Thuy Lai was lovely! The girl she was training did not seem friendly and seemed very overwhelmed.
Shockingly I had great experience I was worried I wasn't going to get my needs met but everything worked out got the prescription I actually needed not what I thought I needed so shout out to Roberta my hero.
