The nurse practitioner was helpful and kind. I was seen on time.
Scheduling the appointment was a bit confusing, since when I arrived at the scheduled time, I couldn't find the appointment on the kiosk. The nurse was really nice and directed me to schedule another appointment and then take it in, but then I got reminders for the next appointment and had to cancel. I feel this could have gone a lot more smoothly.
I have to give a 5 to this Minute Clinic, but I give a 100 to the practicioner. She was so caring, knowledgeable and gentle. I went for an ear cleaning and she did it fast, and didn't hurt at all. The wait was short, and making the appointment was easy. I would totally go back to the Minute Clinic and recomend it 100%. I
Completely happy with the attention received during the consultation. I have never made an appointment at a MinuteClinic at CVS but I can assure you that my experience was wonderful. My ears were blocked with earwax and I could barely hear anything; especcially in my right ear. But I was lucky enough to be in the hands of Dr Chelsea T. who did a excellent job removing 2 big "earwax stones" attached to the skin that had been embedded from months in my outer ear.
