I was charged an additional 144 dollars when they told me I only had a 75 dollar copay through my insurance, I don't enjoy be lied to, on top of waiting for almost 4 hours to be told that I have food poisoning
I was recently seen by Ms. Rebecca Williams. I have a preexisting condition and must be careful about taking medication. When I met Ms. Williams, she put me totally at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns, notated everything, ran tests, explained the test results, and prescribed a medication that will work for me. She sincerely cared about helping me. Would not Recommend this location at all! The only reason I went here was due to my job needing a wellness exam before July ended & it was near by. Very unprofessional & had to poke my finger twice because her machine was having issues. Then got surprised with a $25 fee after my job had just told me the visit was covered through my insurance not sure what gimmick they are pulling here.
