Really disappointing experience. I was in time for my appointment but the medical person came in to the clinic right as my appointment time was to start. She walked right past me and didn't say anything but just disappeared into a little room. After 10 minutes I knocked and she said she was still on her mandatory lunch break. She showed no concern for my situation.
I wanted to update my previous review and sincerely apologize for my earlier comments. At the time, I didn’t fully understand how the CVS MinuteClinic operates. After learning that the staff often handle all aspects of the visit — from clerical duties to assisting and providing care — it completely changed my perspective. Knowing this, I now understand why the wait time was longer than expected.
