I wanted to update my previous review and sincerely apologize for my earlier comments. At the time, I didn’t fully understand how the CVS MinuteClinic operates. After learning that the staff often handle all aspects of the visit — from clerical duties to assisting and providing care — it completely changed my perspective. ❗🚨DO NOT GO HERE 🚨❗Worst healthcare I’ve ever had. Go anywhere else but here. Horrible and rude nurse. Did not use a cover or sanitize the otoscope between uses. This place should be shut down for the health risks it poses to the public.

Came in for a walk-in for a flu test. Estimated wait time was 25 minutes and I was in the waiting room for an hour and half before I left. Nobody even came out to see who was waiting and there was no line. Terrible experience won’t be coming back for any reason.

Unfortunately, this is an absolutely worthless service when needing a same-day clinic visit. I do not recommend wasting the time trying to get in.
