Lisa is fantastic. She is very good at making you feel comfortable, and helped me with my vaccines, helped me create my MC profile, set MC as my primary care giver, and scheduled my next appointment for an annual check up, even though I was late and she had limited time and patients to attend after me. I will continue going to this Falls Church MC just because the great job she did and the the overall great experience I had.
Stay away from this site. There's a really obnoxious granny working there who's not happy dealing with clients. Awful.
Very efficient and nice option for routine vaccines and probably other services.
Did all the sign in paperwork on the machine and got my confirmation, only to not be called and for the machine to say my appointment was a “past appointment” after waiting an hour and someone else being called before me
If I could have left less than one star i would have. The website clearly states walk-in appointment available. My son’s girlfriend was in town and got ill. They came to the minute clinic waited an hour and forty five minutes in lobby only for the doctor to come out and tell them that she wasn’t taking walk-ins!! Seriously if you are not going to take walk-in for some reason… maybe a sign in waiting room that states no walk-in today instead of wasting peoples time !
