Staff is was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get right in at our appointment time. The nursing staff was very calm and patient with my child. The doctor was great about next steps and what to expect.
I have always used MinuteClinic because they are convenient, have good availability and make accurate diagnoses for minor things. I will think twice before using them again! I was billed for a visit that happened over one year ago and my credit card was charged for a visit that happened 8 months ago. When talking to them, they said insurance denied the claims three times which is why I am getting billed. Waited 25 minutes to be seen- doctor only helped me when I stood in front of the door. I asked if they noticed I had checked in almost a half hour ago, they apologized because her and her trainer had been talking about the new computer update- I am sure there was a better time to do this. Tested positive for UTI, asked for specific medication, which they assured me I would get. Get to the pharmacy, nope its not there and no way to contact the doctor. Will not be returning.
I sat in the waiting room for far to long and past my scheduled appt time .
