The medical person working at the clinic was very nice and did a good job, but there are a lot of problems with their payment system. I brought my daughter in for a flu and covid shot, which are covered by our HealthPartners insurance. Minuteclinic apparently had a problem in their computer showing that one of the vaccines was not covered, but we called Healthpartners to verify it, and they did give her the vaccines. 6 weeks later, they charged $96 to my credit card in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. $1,292.86 - This is what this MinuteClinic charged for a simple yeast infection appointment. And guess what, the infection is still there and the patient has to go see our family physician to get help for it. One of the charges was $666.77 for LAB WORK. And it was one of three lab work charges! The office visit alone was $377.42! This is outrageous and I think they took advantage of the patient's youth and padded up the bill significantly. I had an excellent experience at this Minute Clinic. A few seconds after I checked in for my appointment, Carolyn (RN) called me back and took my vitals. As soon as she was finished, Elizabeth (NP) saw me for my appointment. Both were friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough, and I was on my way in 20 minutes. If you need Minute Clinic services, I would highly recommend that you come here!

This clinic is inept they could not draw blood sent me to another facility cost me 400 dollars and they charged me 177 dollars for a extended visit and they did nothing.l came in for a blood draw and when I called customer support they said you signed a disclaimer we can charge you what ever we want not cool what the hell (doc in the box)
