Great care and service as always. Got diagnosed right away and treatment option.
Short review: Overall felt disrespected and ripped off. The nurse and call center staff I have talked to have been terrible to interact with. Long review: Despite the rapid test the nurse conducted on me turning out negative, she gave me a prescription for antibiotics. She mentioned another common condition that could cause my symptoms (which she failed to request or conduct a test for, for unspecified reasons). St.Paul Minute Clinic. NP Amy…What a waste of time and money. Ended up going to urgent care to get treated for a sinus infection. Minute clinic (Amy) wanted me to use Advil cold and sinus… really! I was prescribed Azithromycin from the urgent care. I will never use them
Very friendly care provider (Amy) with a comforting demeanor who discussed all the possibilities for diagnosis and treatment (diagnosing a cold). Exam room was very clean and private. Scheduling is pretty easy online (mix of app and online web portal). Diagnosis and billing happened quickly and accurately. Parking is convenient at this location.
