Avoid this location. The NP Amy was aggressive, condescending, and super unprofessional. It was a bizarre and unsettling appointment and I left feeling shaken. Based on other reviews I’ve read here, my experience with Amy was not an isolated incident. Avoid Amy Rolfzen, especially if seeking women-specific healthcare.
Lisa Kippley, PA, was outstanding in all respects. Moreover, she was willing to see me eventhough the clinic had just closed.
Traveling for work and needed immediate screening and meds -- NP Rachael was FANTASTIC and had me in and out with prescription filled all in under 30 min. Excellent experience - accommodating, quick, efficient and super friendly.
Great care and service as always. Got diagnosed right away and treatment option.
Short review: Overall felt disrespected and ripped off. The nurse and call center staff I have talked to have been terrible to interact with. Long review: Despite the rapid test the nurse conducted on me turning out negative, she gave me a prescription for antibiotics. She mentioned another common condition that could cause my symptoms (which she failed to request or conduct a test for, for unspecified reasons).
