Overall, I had a decent experience at MinuteClinic. I came in for a TB test for work, and during my visit, the provider let me know that I was due for a vaccine. Before receiving it, I specifically asked if it would be covered by my insurance, and she assured me that it would be. A few weeks later, I noticed a charge of nearly $300 on the credit card I had on file, which was very concerning. I had a very positive experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. Dr. Kristen Ballenthin was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and made sure to address my discomfort and concerns completely. I truly appreciated how patient and compassionate she was.
