Came in at 6:40 pm since I was driving all day. Was promptly told they “close at 7” even though all signage in the MinuteClinic and online say 7:30. When I asked about this they replied with “well we close at 7 and I’m the only one here” as if that was a valid reason as to why they shouldn’t help me. Needless to say I’m not going back there.
Total waste of time. Computer was frozen with no back up, so we couldn’t get our shots.
Avoid this location. The NP Amy was aggressive, condescending, and super unprofessional. It was a bizarre and unsettling appointment and I left feeling shaken. Based on other reviews I’ve read here, my experience with Amy was not an isolated incident. Avoid Amy Rolfzen, especially if seeking women-specific healthcare.
Lisa Kippley, PA, was outstanding in all respects. Moreover, she was willing to see me eventhough the clinic had just closed.
Traveling for work and needed immediate screening and meds -- NP Rachael was FANTASTIC and had me in and out with prescription filled all in under 30 min. Excellent experience - accommodating, quick, efficient and super friendly.
