Needed a vaccination for work and couldn't get a fast appointment with my regular doctor, so thought I would give Minute Clinic a try. I checked in online first and there was no wait when I got there. Very efficient and professional service by the nurse practitioner. Overall a great experience.
Took my Son in today and Doctor was extremely unprofessional to us. Used aggressive tones and rudely told us he was extremely busy and couldn’t see us for 1 hour. No one was in waiting room or his office? We did nothing to be treated this way. Will never return to this clinic!!
The Nurse Practicioner was excellent. He explained each step thoroughly, explained the process, and explained how to use the medicine presecribed. I felt very well listened to and taken care of. I highly recommend CVS Minute Clinic in Chanhassen!
I went there with my one year old son today. The doctor was much caring and child friendly. The hygienic standard was perfect. I would return at any time again...
Doctor was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Would NEVER recommend this minute clinic.
