I’ve been to MinuteClinic a few times and it's always a great experience. It’s super convenient—located right inside CVS—so I can just walk in for things like a quick check-up or a vaccine. The staff are friendly and professional, and they've always been able to help me with my issues. It’s a fast, affordable alternative to a traditional doctor's visit for those non-emergency needs. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointing experience with practitioner Gorbachinsky. I had a confirmed appointment, which I showed her both via email and text, but she still refused to see my daughter. Although the clinic hours are listed online as open until 7:30 PM, she told me she couldn’t take any patients after 7:00 PM because she needed time to clean up and complete paperwork. The only problem is you make it too difficult to make an appointment. Many patients are old. We are not technically literate. You want us to download your app just to make an appointment. You want us to respond with video. All we really want is to call and make an appointment in a timely fashion. Health insurance has gone the way of car insurance. You have to have it but don't you dare use it.
Do not go to this place. The nurse practitioner, Gorbachinsky, did not explain that the appointment was just for a referral. Paid $100 for that out of pocket. Paid all that just to sit in a clinic for 5 minutes waiting for her to finish printing papers. Quest is now billing me $600 out of pocket. Better communication would be appreciated.
I did not know about this service, but what a convenient service that MinuteClinic offers. I would encourage others to use this service if you are caught without the ability to make an appointment with your regular doctor.
